Exchange, Return, and Shipping Policy

1. Exchange and Return

1.1 Food Products

·                           Coffee is considered a food product and cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of a defect or damage to the product.

·                           All coffee is freshly roasted to ensure quality and taste, and orders are shipped using the nearest available roast date.

1.2 Non-Food Products

  • Non-food products may be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or unusable within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition and with full packaging.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost, and the return or replacement will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

 

2. Orders

2.1 Confirmation and Cancellation

  • After completing the order, it cannot be modified.
  • The order is considered confirmed after payment, and a bank transfer receipt must be attached if payment is made via bank transfer.

The order may be canceled only before preparation begins, through the following steps:

- Log in to your store account.

- Go to My Orders.

- Select the order to be canceled.

- Click Cancel Order if the order is still under processing.

 

2.2 Required Information

  • A clear and complete address must be provided, including: name, street, house number, district, a nearby landmark, and the national address.
  •  All information must be written in English to facilitate shipping.
  • Any missing or incorrect information provided by the customer releases the store from responsibility for delivery delays or issues.

 

2.3 Additional Notes

Any order placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be considered a weekend order and will be prepared and shipped starting on Sunday.

 

3. Shipping

3.1 Shipping and Delivery Information

  • The address is provided to the shipping company exactly as written by the customer and is not modified by the store.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days during official working days, then deliverd within 1-3 business days in Riyadh and 4-8 business days to other cities in Saudi Arabia, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
  • International shipping and delivery: shipping will be available to Gulf countries soon.
  • The store has the right to change the shipping company if it is in the best interest of the order.
  • Any order placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be considered a weekend order and will be prepared and shipped starting on Sunday.

 

3.2 Order Tracking

  • After shipping, the customer is responsible for tracking the order with the shipping company.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, you must contact us to obtain it.

 

3.3 Handling Issues

  • If the shipment arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery and contact us arrange compensation.
  • If the shipment is received intact but the wrong product was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach a photo. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If the customer does not report an issue within 3 business days of receiving the order, they will lose the right to claim compensation.
