Order tracking
After your order is prepared and its status is changed to (Ready), a shipping tracking number (Air Waybill) will be automatically issued by the assigned shipping company.
Once the tracking number is generated, you can track your shipment directly through the shipping company’s tracking link.

Order Tracking Steps

After the order status is changed to Ready, the tracking number will appear in the order details.

A text message or email containing the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you.

Visit the shipping company’s tracking link.

Enter the tracking number in the tracking field.

The shipment status and delivery updates will be displayed.
When Will the Tracking Number Appear?

The tracking number usually appears within 24 hours after the order status is changed to Ready.

In some cases, updates may be delayed depending on the shipping company.
If Tracking Information Does Not Appear

Please ensure that the order status is Ready / Shipped.

Check your text messages or email inbox.

If the tracking number does not arrive within 48 hours, please contact customer service.
